OUR SERVICE ADJUSTMENT & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your hair and feel confident when you leave our salon!
Because our services involve dedicated time, professional expertise, and products that are used specifically for your appointment, we do not offer refunds on completed services.
If you are unhappy with your service or feel that something isn’t quite right, please contact us and return to the salon as soon as possible after your appointment. We want the opportunity to listen to your concerns and work with you to make a reasonable adjustment or correction whenever possible.
We kindly ask that you give us the opportunity to address your concerns before having another stylist or salon alter the service. Once another salon or stylist has made changes to your hair, we may no longer be able to determine what adjustments are needed or how to correct the original service.
Our goal is never to leave you unhappy. We truly value your trust and want to work together to find a solution that you feel good about.
